Administrative Assistant and Housekeeping

Job Responsibilities:
Housekeeping:
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that they are performing their duties correctly and efficiently.
- Train new housekeeping staff members and ensure that they adhere to established cleaning procedures.
- Develop and implement a housekeeping schedule to ensure that all areas are cleaned on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
Administrative:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, receipts, and stock control.
- Assist with the recruitment of additional staff in both administrative and housekeeping positions.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and other related information.
- Help with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to housekeeping and administrative tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning procedures.
- Your own vehicle with a valid drivers licence
