Our client is a leading entity in the electrical and services industry. They are seeking a motivated Financial Administrator to undertake various financial tasks and ensure the smooth operation of their financial processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts: Ensure accuracy and consistency in reconciling bank accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Generate Quotes: Prepare quotes for clients, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
- Process Supplier Invoices: Handle supplier invoices efficiently and accurately to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Collection of Outstanding Accounts: Work diligently to collect outstanding accounts receivable, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ proven work experience in finance: Demonstrated experience in financial administration, preferably within a similar industry.
- Skilled in MS Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel to analyse financial data, create reports, and perform various financial tasks accurately.
