**General Assistant Required**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for general admin duties.
- Upload of debtors and creditors on Sage
- Correctly reconcile and allocate payments
- Investigate and clear all queries arising on the processing of debtor and creditors
- Follow up and report on outstanding accounts.
- Other ad-hoc duties

Experience and Skills:

- DEBTORS & CREDITORS experience essential.
- 3+ year experience
- Organisational and accuracy skills
- Ability to maintain **confidentiality **and exercise extreme discretion
- Attentive to detail
- Handle pressure
- Meeting all deadlines
- Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Effective written communications skills
- Computer skills
- Experience in Sage Accounting Software

Must be able to commute or relocate to Hermanus, for this job reliably.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
