**Responsibilities That Will Ignite Your Passion**:
As our Skipper, you will be responsible for conducting thrilling adventure activities, providing guests with an experience they'll never forget. You'll operate and maintain equipment, such as kayaks, E-bikes, and safety gear, ensuring everything is in top-notch condition. Safety is paramount, so you'll provide clear instructions and safety briefings, guiding guests throughout their adventure while answering questions and sharing your expertise. You'll also have the incredible opportunity to lead guided tours focused on nature exploration and wildlife observation, showcasing the diverse bird species and natural wonders of the area.

**Qualifications That Set You Sail**:
To excel in this role, you'll need a valid Skippers License, allowing you to lead water activities with confidence. Previous experience as a Skipper or in a similar adventure tourism role is preferred, along with a solid understanding of kayaking, E-bike tours, and safety practices. Your exceptional leadership skills will shine as you confidently guide and interact with guests from all walks of life, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
