A real estate agency in Hermanus is looking to hire Rental Estate Agents / Property Practitioners on a basic salary + commission basis.

We have a full Rental Admin TEAM that handle all rental and utility accounts, co-ordinate the repairs and maintenance of our managed properties, and will assist you to source new stock, a social media team to do the online marketing FOR you, as well as full-time IT support at your fingertips, allowing you as an agent to focus on listing properties and letting them out.

We provide:
A modern office with a fun and friendly environment;
Your own desk space, with internet access, printing facilities and a software-based telephone system that enables you to make and receive remote phone calls while you are out of the office;
In-office and online training.

Offer: monthly basic salary, as well as commission on all deals concluded.

Requirements: own reliable vehicle, cell phone and laptop.
