**1. Job Purpose and Role within organisation**

The job purpose of the Administrator: Director Certification is to implement, administer and enhance the business development initiatives and professional level of support for the company. This role also includes providing the required support and services internally and externally, relating to the delivery of the Director Certification, as required within the professional environment. The role you play within the organisation is of vital importance. The reputation and the corporate are both factors that you will have direct influence on with all individuals that you may encounter.

**2. Key responsibilities and duties**
- **Director Certification coordination and delivery**:

- General administration and logístical arrangement of Director Certification delivery including but not limited to information packs; confirmations; venues, communication mailers, bookings, collection and following up on invoicing etc.
- Logistical arrangements related to Certification events
- Creating and distributing the Director Certification communication as per the communication schedule
- Quality assurance of all documentation, meetings and client touch points with feedback to the Senior Manager: Director Certification
- Preparation of meeting packs
- Coordination of the submission and assessment of the Portfolio of Experience
- Coordination and invigilation of the designation exams
- Meeting monthly targets
- **General**:

- Ongoing input into administration and Director Certification related processes to ensure quality and consistency in the work flow
- Follow up and reporting on debtors to Senior Manager: Director Certification
- Weekly and Monthly reporting on activities performed, income and expenditure and pipeline statistics related to Certification Applications received
- Handover of member referrals to Membership Manager for follow up
- Input into monthly reporting framework for Senior Manager: Director Certification
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing and status discussions with Senior Manager:
Director Certification
- Preparing extract files for NLRD upload
- Updating of Designations webpage
- **External (service to Members and delegates)**:

- Receive and respond to enquiries regarding Director Certification, where required
- Attend & manage Director Certification activities off-site as required
- Promotion of company and services to all potential clients / members

**4. Experience, Training, Knowledge and Required Skills**
- NQF 5 qualification in related field, or studying towards it
- Customer relations experience will be advantageous
- Knowledge of advanced clerical, operational or customer service skills acquired through education, experience or on the job training
- Maintain a high standard of communication in business English at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, members and internal staff at all times
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Advanced level of PC literacy and the use of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
- High standard of record keeping
- Own reliable transport for client meetings and presentations

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R250,000.00 per year
