This role serves as a key partner to the senior leadership team & Corporate HR team, driving HR strategies that support the business objectives.

**Requirements**:
Currently based in South Africa
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role managing large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
Experience in HR leadership within an international or multicultural environment, ideally in both corporate & operational settings
Deep understanding of South African labor laws and international HR best practices, with demonstrated experience in workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, & risk management.
