All the necessary training and support will be provided by both Osidon and Discovery to equip these next generation finance professionals to service clients like never before. For the first time one consultant will be advising and assisting clients with all of their financial needs and cover the entire scope of the financial industry. At the same time these new Financial Professionals have the ability to earn an income that is much higher than the current norm in the industry and to build a sustainable career that will give them financial success and the ability to achieve their dreams.

**Qualifications and General**:

- National Senior Certificate;
- A B Com degree with individual Tax as part of your studies
- Own reliable transport;
- A clear criminal record;
- Be available to work both remotely with a reliable internet connection and from the Osidon office as required.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of sales experience;
- At least 1 year Insurance/ Advisory experience required.
- Experience in personal income tax will be an advantage.

**Skills**:

- You must have excellent numerical skills;
- The ability to communicate effectively in English in verbal and written format;;
- Professionalism toward clients, colleagues, and the profession;
- You must also have good knowledge and understanding of South African Individual Tax Law;
- Be able to use accounting and other information to complete individual tax returns;
- Have a keen eye for detail;
- Be a self-driven individual;
- Must be able to work in a team;
- You must be able to work under pressure;
- Should be able to implement instructions effectively;
- You must be comfortable adapting to change;
- Excellent administration skills;
- You must be able to meet deadlines;
- Be focused on quality and accuracy;
- You will be required to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical behavior;
- Be eager to always develop your professional and personal skills to continuously grow into the best you can be.

- Focus on identifying client needs and then offer suitable financial solutions, including investment and insurance advise.
- You will be equipped to do financial planning for clients to help them address their short, medium and long-term financial planning goals;
- Provide clients with professional financial service solutions to facilitate their long-term wealth creation, protection and niche financing needs.
- You will establish professional long-term relationships with clients with excellent service orientation and frequent contact with clients.
- You will do tax restructuring on individual clients;
- You will file clients' tax returns relating to income tax,
- Provide feedback and reports to a Financial Consultant Manager;
- You will form part of a team who uses the latest technology and innovation to ensure professional service delivery;
- You will work under the supervision of a Financial Consultant Manager's team who will provide you with the support and guidance you need to excel and advance in your career;
- You will make a real difference by delivering ground-breaking service to individuals ensuring they have peace of mind when it comes to tax restructuring and returns while creating provision for planned or unforeseen events which may affect them.
