POSITION OFFERED BIBC Retirement Fund Agent

The agent will be required to ensure that the BIBC complies with its FSCA obligations (Sec.13B) which includes inter alia interaction with and the lodging of criminal cases at SAPS.

DURATION Permanent (after a successful 6-month probation period)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

**Post-matric qualification in Policing or Business or Financial Management**

3-5 years of experience in a related field.

**Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.**

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.**

**Ability to work on tight deadlines.**

**TO YOUR ADVANTAGE WILL BE**:
Pension Fund experience.

UTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

**Build relationships with SAPS Station Commanders within BIBC jurisdictions.**

Compile and prepare documentation required to lodge criminal cases against employers on behalf of the BIBC as applicant.

**Follow up on case progress with SAPS branches where cases were laid.**

Compile reports on progress of cases for submission to the Manager:
RF Helpdesk.

**Investigate fund-specific issues.**

Provide training where appropriate.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

**Own reliable vehicle required.**

**Travel costs are reimbursed.**

Able to travel to all areas in BIBC jurisdiction.

**Excellent English writing skills for report-writing, preparing affidavits and compilation of other formal documentation.**
