You will inform and educate Members, Pensioners, and Human Resource Business Partners about their pension fund benefits following the Financial Sector Conduct Authority customer principles.

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with key client representatives to grasp their context and needs
  • Collaborate with Employer representatives and HR professionals to pinpoint challenges and service gaps, understanding their context, and requirements in the short and medium term (e.g. changing member demographics, anticipated organizational restructures, and frequently asked questions)
  • Monitor the accurate completion of claim forms, identify query trends, and provide feedback and recommendations to HR
  • Develop and ensure commitment to member engagement and education plans, sharing feedback and trends with the Member Experience Manager and specialists to keep engagement strategies relevant and adaptable
  • Assist the Business Development Consultant and Investment Consultant on all referrals
  • Proactively engage, educate members, and provide advice at crucial points in their journey

RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED

  • Plan and conduct member engagement, communication, and information sessions aligning with critical points in their journey (onboarding, significant life events, pre, and post-retirement)
  • Offer accurate specialist advice to pre-retirement members concerning options, tax implications, relevant acts, etc., upon request
  • Organize member education sessions with well-defined objectives and tracked impact
  • Support and execute broader Member and Pensioner Education and Fund promotion campaigns
  • Collaborate to design multi-channel, country-wide information functions attractive to Pensioners, promoting the company and Fund benefits, and addressing queries effectively
  • Support the company's drive to be a multi-fund manager through business development and growth opportunities
