As a Consultant, you will be a natural born seller who enjoys spending a lot of time engaging and interacting with customers on the phone.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Make high-volume outbound calls from a range of leads to potential customers.
- Build rapport, up-sell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of our service
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

**Skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role**:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with B2B or B2C experience (Exposure to International customers in particular the UK market is advantageous)
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets
- CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the difference between value and features
