- Liaising and co-ordinating with Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, Clients and labourers.
- Providing feedback to Directors, Engineers and Project Managers.
- Manage Labour on site.
- Supervising and overseeing site activities.
- Attend site meetings.
- Quality control.
- Reviewing daily progress.
- Reading and interpreting HVAC drawings.
- Inspecting safety conditions on site.
- Site administration.
- Project documentation.
- Place orders and sign for deliveries.
- General administration.

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Senior Certificate coupled with a relevant qualification.
- Must be hard working, diligent and be able to meet deadlines.
- Relevant building experience.
- Self-starter.
- Pro-active planner.
- Can-do attitude.
- Valid Driver’s license and own transport
