**Reporting Line Manager: National System Support Manager**
- Provide System and IT Support to clients daily.
- Maintenance of all existing software.
- Deployment of new Releases.
- SQL Database Maintenance.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on workstations and servers.
- Perform equipment repairs if required.
- Assist in moving and setting up workstations, servers and peripherals, including basic networking support.
- Assist in administration and maintenance of AD accounts when needed.
- Perform other duties as assignedCompetencies
- Must have leadership skills and be able to work well in a team-orientated environment
- Must have advanced Microsoft skills
- Have the ability to challenge the status quo & identify new approaches to improve the effectiveness of processes.
- Have a relentless drive to do things better, and to strive for new standards of excellence
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must able to liaise with suppliers and members of the organisation at all levels.
- Must be able to function in a pressured environment independently.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Information Technology
- BCom Degree will be an added advantage
- Valid driver’s license
- Working with Android devices - advantageous
- 2-3 years’ experience in System Support
