**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Production Administrator who is an individual that is proud of his/her work, who is efficient and would be an asset to the company.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12/matric
- Relevant certificate/ diploma would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel (minimum intermediary level) and Word
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong admin skills and good typing skills

**Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to**:

- Controlling Job cards
- Issuing of job cards
- Completing job cards.
- Updating master job book
- Controlling an updating Master production plan
- Controlling of timesheets
- Manage transfers
- Ensure that work is completed timeously.
- Administration for vinyl and print usage control
