**Support Administrator - Night Shift (WC)**

The purpose of this role is to identify, streamline and report on day-to-day internal queries on site, basic system support, filing and general administrative functions.

- 1 year administration experience

**What will you be doing?**

Validation of payroll documentation
- Validates all trainee and agent payroll information for the BU, to facilitate timeous accurate payroll submissions weekly
- Verifies all leave documentation is uploaded for capturing. (Annual leave, sick leave, etc)
- Verifies that timesheets hours are captured correctly and correlate to hours worked prior to submission to payroll
- Verifies overtime, shift allowance and hours worked against ESS report and WFM scheduled report with exceptions for hourly paid employees
- Verifies all leave types are captured on ESS and correlates it against WFM schedule with exceptions weekly
- Investigates queries and actions appropriately to mitigate risk to the business
- Informs HOO in respect of deadlines not being met and report any process digression
- Implements processes and procedures to ensure information and data correlates to productive hours worked

Payroll queries & Information
- Captures, follows up and reports on all first line queries for hourly paid agents as they relate to the processing of payroll data
- Escalates as 1st line support for payroll queries to Payroll and Operations
- Ensures that the correct and relevant documentation is provided to payroll to resolve queries within an acceptable time
- Follows up and tracks escalation to payroll queries to ensure resolution
- Collaborates with HR team, Operations Team and external stakeholder (transport vendor) to ensure queries are resolved timeously
- Ensures complete coordination of efforts and procedures with pay, deductions, and benefits, tracking and reporting
- Ensure service delivery to internal and external customer requirements are met timeously
- Ensures complete confidentiality of all issues and information pertaining to the payroll environment

Reporting
- Responds to requests for payroll claims and short payment
- Prepares and reports on payroll queries
- Maintains accurate record keeping on payroll errors and corrections
- Maintains accurate report on People Charter penalties paid
- Reports on any discrepancies
