**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Production Scheduling Assistant who is proud of his/her work, who is efficient and would be an asset to the company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Creating production schedules from drawings, floor plans and quotes received from the art room and directors.
- Read drawings and floor plans.
- Loading item codes on sage
- Updating spread sheets
- Various administrative duties

**Experience/Abilities/Skills**:

- Worked on an ERP system before preferably Sage
- Basic Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Experience**:

- Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
- Intermediate Excel: 2 years (preferred)
