**The Role**:

- Lead on outbound telesales, driving business growth by generating high-quality leads and cultivating a robust client pipeline
- Nurture and strengthen existing client connections, delivering unparalleled customer service and ensuring satisfaction
- Uncover client needs and present customised solutions, showcasing our extensive range of recruitment services
- Surpass sales targets, leveraging your expertise in consultative selling techniques to achieve outstanding results
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, contributing to the development of impactful sales and recruitment strategies and continuous process enhancement
