**Future Motor Lease**, a leading provider of rent-to-buy car solutions, is searching for a seasoned and motivated OPS Manager to oversee all aspects of our Johannesburg location.

**About the Role**:
As the OPS Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our continued success. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and motivating a talented team of sales, fleet, accounts and other staff.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets.
- Overseeing all aspects of the customer journey, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Building strong relationships with key partners in the automotive industry.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Handling all operations from start to finish.
- Reporting to directors and or similar.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the automotive industry (or similar fast-paced environment)
- Strong understanding of rent-to-buy car sales and financing models
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing teams
- Data-driven approach to decision making with a focus on achieving results
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and automotive industry software (a plus)

Monday - Friday: 6:45am - 5pm
Saturdays: 8:00am to 13:00pm - When requested

Pay: Up to R22 000,00 per month
