**JOB SUMMARY**
The External and Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales quotations and customer invoicing.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**
To be shortlisted for this role, you have the following skills and experience, but not limited to:

- Matric qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma in logistics and/or Maritime studies or related qualifications.
- 3 years of proven working experience as a Sales Coordinator.
- Proven working experience in the logistics sector. (This is essential)
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries.
- Manage the CRM and run the Pipeline Management system.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- Work closely with the ops finance team to assess the progress of the department and develop a Sales strategy accordingly.
