**Responsibilities**:
Liaise with insurance companies regarding policy changes, renewals, and underwriting requirements.

Ensure that all documentation related to insurance policies are accurate and updated.

Deliver excellent customer service by answering queries and providing information about policies.

Maintain and manage accurate records of policies and correspondence with clients and insurers.

Work closely with the Insurance team to ensure administrative support is provided as required.

Assist in the preparation of reports on Insurance operations.

Ensure compliance with Insurance regulations and company policies.

Process Broker appointments.

Handling of all types of Short-Term Insurance Claims

Qualifications:
Grade 12

Completed Regulatory Examination: RE5

FAIS qualifications

Strong knowledge of Short-term insurance products and industry practices - Min 3 years

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English..

High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
