**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must hold RE certification and be qualified in short-term insurance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients, brokers, and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers, managing relationships, and assisting with broker duties to facilitate the effective selling of insurance products.
- Handle claims efficiently, ensuring a high level of accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors to recommend enhancements to our product offerings.
- Provide exceptional client-facing service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Conduct risk assessments, policy terms negotiation, and pricing with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
