A leading law firm is seeking for an Office Manager that has more than 3 years of experience as an Office Manager within a Professional Services company e.g accounting and advisory company or law firm. The Office Manager will be responsible for the following for overseeing all the administrative functions related to the print office, stationery, drivers, superving and coordinates activities of clerical workers by determining work procedures, preparing work schedules:

- 3 years of experience as an Office Manager in a professional services company
- Proven record of managing a budget of the size of R10mil for the purpose of office stationery, printers ect
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in compiling a budget of R10mil
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel expertise
- Qualifications: Relavent bachelors or Diploma certificate

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: R420,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Professional Services / or working at a law firm: 3 years (required)
- Office Management: 3 years (required)
- Managing budgets of R10mil: 3 years (required)
- Of compiling budget: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
