We are a specialist business and technology consultancy specialising in technology talent acquisition for top-tier companies across various industries. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for technology and talent acquisition to kick-start their career in recruitment.

**Responsibilities**:
**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organisational culture, and technology requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Facilitate the offer and acceptance process, including negotiation of salary and benefits, to achieve successful placements.

**4. Market Research and Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify recruitment opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct research on companies, competitors, and talent pools to gain insights and inform recruitment strategies.
- Share market insights and best practices with team members to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Passion for technology and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
