An excellent opportunity has become available to join a leader within the Construction industry, as a Construction Programme Coordinator / Executive Assistant. The role is based in the Portside, Western Cape area.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Bachelor of Technology in Architecture / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management (advantageous)
- 5+ years’ strong secretarial and administration experience within the Construction industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide secretarial support to the Executive
- Take responsibility for logístical arrangements for meetings and events on behalf of the Executive
- Assist with monthly project reporting
- Provide assistance to the Programme Managers
- Coordination and submission of Stage reports
- Administration of Payment Certification packs and Fee claims
- Draft updates on project programs and cashflow
- Liaise with Professional Service Provider team on behalf of the Executive
- Maintain accurate and current filing system

**Salary**: Market related
