Job specifications:
1. Reporting function:
Preparation of the key figure reporting of the pick-up shop published on a monthly basis including inventories.

Preparation/review and communication of monthly analyses, e.g. New & Reacts, Customer Allocations, Open Orders Reports, Orders/day, Telephone Stats & Shop Campaigns.

Cooperation in the further development of IT-based key figure reporting.

Provides the pick-up shop representatives with the various reports on a weekly basis

Carrying out site analysis in a geographic marketing segment based on drive time & existing & potential customer base around the shop location.

Preparation of (customer) analysis in the case of potential new openings to assist the management in the decision-making process.

Manages and Coordinates Pick-up Shop Audits

Draws up staff schedules and checks whether they are adhered to where needed

Ad hoc analyses

2. Merchandising function:
Planning the merchandising schedule along with the Inventory Coordinator for new shops.

Execution of merchandising and pick-up shop layouts along with a support team.

Coaching the employees with regards to the shop layout and general look of the shop.

Ensures all new products are displayed correctly as per the shop standards

Ready to travel.

Reviews and follows up on the training of new staff

Independently coordinates events relating to the shops with the Marketing Department

Assists Shop Management with marketing and sales requirements.

Facilitating & coordinating weekly/monthly meetings with RSM’s, ASM’s, CSC’s & Shops

3. Auditing function:
Scrutiny and safeguarding of standards, inventory and pick-up shop-related key figures

Planning, preparation and execution of in-house auditing, that is, analysis and evaluation of in-house processes

Documentation of the results of auditing in the form of auditing reports (report will be provided)

Closing meetings with the regional pick-up shop and sales manager and pick-up shop manager to define measures aimed at improving the quality of the point of sale

Coaching of employees regarding the adherence to pick-up shop standards

Controlling of pick-up shop-related key figures. Documentation of the audit by preparing an audit report including the definition of measures and the issuing of instructions Other general requirements

Taking over agreed upon special tasks such as projects aimed at the further development of site analyses, etc.

Preparation and attendance of conferences and meetings, e.g. preparation of figures for special conferences and performance reviews.

Definition and implementation of measures geared towards the individual’s further qualification including intense specialized further education both in-house and outside of the company in the individual’s specific field of activity and in adjacent fields

Attendance of in-house information circles

Initiation of regular mutual feedback with all contacts

**Inherent Requirements**

Matric or equivalent

Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration/Management and or Marketing

Very good MS Office skills, primarily Excel

SAP experience will be an advantage

Quick grasp of new concepts, constant willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility

Professional Skills/Experience:
Experience and knowledge within Pick-up Shops would be an advantage.

Maintains good relations with the sales force and the managers

Able to organize him-/herself, his/her work as well as other employees

Able to assert him-/herself

Able to plan and organize events in a well-structured manner (e.g. trade shows, customer seminars, etc.).

Acts as a role model and forms the link between the shops and head office.

Knowledge about the organization and areas of responsibility will be an advantage.
