- The Warehouse Stores Controller is responsible for the implementation of the inventory control system by optimizing the supply of materials/consumables required for the respective manufacturing processes, thereby reducing waste and maintaining accuracy in recording of all materials used and stock produced.**Duties**
- Action Picking slips and return all signed copies to the Inventory Manager.
- Booking / Binning Excess stock material in the stores and report to the Inventory Manager.
- Receiving and binning of all NC Stock from machine shop.
- Assisting with stock counting.
- Handling stock transfers on pastel.
- Housekeeping.
- Assist with allocating bins and binning new stock.
- Updating Production Manager on NC work in progress jobs.
- Picking excess material after hours and reporting to Management.
- Expediting all outstanding orders from suppliers.
- Assist with Picking Slips when Inventory Manager is on leave.
- Assist with basic buying.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum grade 12 qualification with technical background.- Literate - English - read & write.- Computer Literacy, with specific emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. (Inter-mediate skills)- At least 5 years’ experience in Stores / Stock Control- System experience Pastel- Demonstrated numeracy skills.**What Qualification**
