Role purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated graduate for our 12 month graduate program. The position requires a driven, ambitious team player who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment. Provide 1st Line Iress Product support to end-users

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on- Provide 1st Line Iress Product support to end-users & clients-
- Strive for First call resolution in every instance- Keep Clients informed and updated of the status of queries and manage their expectations- Ensure compliance with operational processes and procedures in resolving support queries- Ensure that all service requests are managed against service delivery processes, procedures, expectations and requirements-
- Take ownership of all client service requests and follow through to resolution or alternatively, where required, follow formal escalation procedures and communication protocols- Maintain awareness of service requests that are open and escalate to management where sufficient progress has not been made

**Qualifications**:
- 3 year completed Bcom Computer Science Degree

To be successful in this role you will- A thirst for knowledge- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with all levels of customers and stakeholders, both internal and external- First class attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy- Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines- A self-starter, with the ability to prioritise and take ownership of delivering tasks, as well as the capacity to think out of the norm- Ability to create and provide solutions upon encountering an issue- Passion to challenge current processes and drive positive change, ensuring relevant controls are in place- Able to work collaboratively to support colleagues
