- Manage all aspects of the Facilities:

- General up keep and maintenance
- Building inspections
- Hygiene and appearance
- Attend to complaints related to the building
- Office maintained at all times.
- Daily walkabouts
- Risk management
- Security and Alarm process control
- Responsible for the issuing of office requirements for new staff
- Asset register management
- Health and Safety control for all building
- General admin

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
