- Fleet Management Diploma/ Degree or Transport and Logistics Management Diploma/Degree
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Driver’s licence code 8

Core responsibilities
- Capturing project and vehicle data and integrating into the fleet management system.
- Recordkeeping
- Vehicle maintenance transactions
- Assist in scheduling vehicle services
- Maintenance reports
- Communicating with stakeholders

Personal attributes & skills requirements:

- Good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to details and good interpersonal relations.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and Administrative.
- The ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when required.
- Good planning and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
