**Job description**
**Minimum requirements**:
- Matric certificate
- Computer literate
- Experience in Pastel Payroll is essential
- Microsoft Office skills (Proficient in Excel)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively work in a team.
- 2 to 5 years prior HR experience
**Responsibilities (Not limited to)**:
- Provide support for all internal & external HR-relates enquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate digital & electronic employee records.
- Manage the calendars of the HR Management team.
- Oversee the completion of compensation & benefit documentation.
- Support performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Conduct orientations and update records for new staff.
- Process payroll and address and payroll discrepancies.
- Handle termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Reliable transport to the office is required.
**Working hours**:
Mon to Fri 8:00 - 17:00
Sat 8:00 - 13:00
