We are committed to providing the highest levels of security, quality and service to our customers and are constantly looking at how we can use technology to achieve this.

Following the successful implementation of a new Service Desk system (Zoho Desk) and resource planning and project management tool (Kantata) we are now looking for an innovative and energetic System Adminstrator to join our team and be responsible for the administration of these systems.

**Minimum Level of Education and Work Experience**:

- Grade 12.
- Information Security diploma or degree advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in System Administration
- Technical IT background and demonstrable experience including:

- Ability to install and configure software and hardware
- Setting up accounts and managing users / licences
- Monitoring performance and maintaining systems in-line with requirements
- Troubleshooting issues and outages
- Overseeing testing of system changes
- Upgrading systems with new releases and models
- Familiarity with different operating systems and platforms

Experience in the following areas would be an advantage:

- Previous System Administration or user of Zoho Desk and/or Kantata
- Working in an internal or external customer-facing role
- Familiarity working with cloud environments e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP and front-end technologies
- Interest or enthusiasm towards cyber security and the threat landscape

**Key Responsibilities**:
System Administration for Zoho Desk and Kantata including:

- Setting up new users
- Managing users, accounts and licences
- Managing and maintaining the file servers
- User Support
- Development and configuration of reports and enhancements
- Training of users
- Overseeing the testing of upgrades and enhancements
- Maintenance of user guides
- Identifying and implementing process enhancements

Working closer with users and IT to ensure that the systems are meeting performance and security requirements
