**DUTIES**:

- General workshop administration duties
- Daily filling of backing documents
- Assist Foreman with buyouts of consumables on job cards
- Accurate capturing and reporting of stock usage
- Create necessary purchase requisitions on approved quotations
- Follow up on supplier invoices and back orders
- Capture of invoices on system, migo in SAP
- Source necessary quotations for workshop buy-outs
- Ensure yearly tool calibrations are carried out
- Monitor and control consumable usages
- Assist with workshop store related and buy-out queries
- Carry out monthly safety inspection
- Ensure all PPE are issued to workshop staff and keep record there of

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric or ABET Level 4
- Good communication skills
- Compute literacy ( Excel, Microsoft Outlook, MS Word )
- Must be resourceful and self-motivated
- SAP computer experience will be an added advantage
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years related experience
- Supervisory experience added advantage
- Ability to interact with team members
- Report Writing skills
- Efficient Administrative Skills
