Purchasing Administrator

Regenesys is looking to hire a Purchasing Administrator to oversee the procurement department at Regenesys.
In this position, the incumbent will be required to coordinate with every department to determine what they need in terms of supplies, equipment, and raw materials. The incumbent will support the Purchasing Manager and will be required to research vendors to get the best prices, submit purchase orders and handle the invoicing process.
This requires both vendor management and data entry skills, as you must closely track orders and payments. Our ideal applicant has previous supply chain experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collect order requests from other departments
- Research vendors and negotiate the best prices
- Submit purchase orders
- Reconcile invoices
- Log all orders and payments
Requirements and Qualifications
- Supply chain management experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software

- Must be a strong team player, but also be able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must have good reporting, planning, record keeping and project management skills
- Must be hands-on and proactive
