**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- To communicate detailed VWSA marketing campaigns to assist in Dealers’ marketing efforts.
- To ensure that VWSA provides adequate resources to the Dealer network to assist in their marketing efforts.
- To interact with Marketing Coordinators/ Marketing agencies/ Marketing Managers, present marketing plans to them and influence their thinking on marketing campaigns.
- To assist Dealers to align and maximise their marketing campaigns with VWSA’s.
- To share best practice information across the Dealer network
- To share post campaign learnings across the Dealer network
- To create a marketing community within the Dealer network to facilitate the two-way flow of communication.
- Conduct Dealer visits. The purpose of the visit will be for:

- Introduction to key stakeholders at Dealerships
- Discuss ways to improve the relationship between VWSA.
- Review Dealer marketing plans (opportunities and challenges)
- Determine whether the current POS allocation is sufficient for the Dealer.
- To host digital workshops per region and to gauge Dealers digital proficiency. The purpose of the workshop will be for:

- Discuss Dealer digital needs and VWSA digital plans.
- Understand which digital platforms Dealers are currently using and whether they meet the Dealer’s objective missing digital efforts

**Education and Experience**:

- A formal 3-year National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Commerce or Communications from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or commercial environment.

**Skills, Attributes & Other requirements**:
ESSENTIAL:

- Knowledge and understanding of brands and brand image.
- Knowledge and understanding of key Marketing principles.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing eco system, including CRM and social media.
- Excellent communication ability, both written and oral, with an excellent command of the English Language.
- Good administrative and organizing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A team player, yet able to work and manage independently.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with well-developed report preparation/ presentation skills.
- A solution-oriented approach and good problem-solving ability.
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm and work commitment.
- Effective stress management skills to operate effectively under pressure.
