We're on the hunt for a passionate and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to assist our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll have a critical role for our data-driven marketing strategies. **Key Duties**:

- Responsible to **collect, analyse, and interpret data** from various digital marketing channels to measure campaign performance, user behaviour, and website analytics.
- Develop and maintain **reporting dashboards**, providing regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics, trends, and insights.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Databox or similar
- Identify areas for improvement and make **data-driven recommendations** to enhance digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segments, demographics, and behaviour to improve targeting for personalised marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to **define tracking requirements** and **ensure proper implementation** of tags, pixels and tracking codes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and industry best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the creation and execution of A/B tests and CRO experiments to optimise website conversions, user experience or campaign performance.

**Advantageous Skills**:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Ortto, Hubspot) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Accreditation or certification in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- ** 5+ years** with proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and insights.
- Must be available to assist during normal business hours in a timeous manner.

**Technical Skills**:

- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
- Experience with data visualisation tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Databox, Looker Studio, Whatagraph, Semrush, Moz etc)
- Web analytics tracking implementation.
