We have an opportunity for a dynamic **CEO **for a company within the appliance repair industry based in **Centurion **to lead the company's executive team, managing operations and developing and implementing the company strategy. You will be responsible for maximising the company's performance, growing operations and enhancing its competitive position.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field
- CA(SA) will be very beneficial but not essential
- ± 10 years relevant experience (**essential**)
- Experience in the Appliance, logistics, manufacturing or construction industry (**essential**)
- Proven track record of successful turnaround management in the appliance, logistics, manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to make tough decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to revitalize the company's performance and ensure consistent profitability.
- Lead the formulation of short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
- Foster a good corporate culture based on loyalty, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Financial Management - Work with the CFO to:

- Oversee the financial health of the company, including overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, product margins, working capital management and debtors collections.
- Implement operational efficiency initiatives and optimize resource allocation to improve profitability.
- Operational Excellence:

- Streamline operational processes and oversee the development of company’s CRM to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales growth through optimisation of marketing strategies and onboarding of more corporate clients.
- Implement quality control measures, regular monitoring, and customer feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality repair services.
- Optimize supply chain management to reduce turnaround times and improve service delivery.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Talent Management:

- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to employees to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Stakeholder Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with shareholders and board members to provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to enhance its visibility and reputation.
