Professional Officer Talent Management

**Requirements**:

- A relevant B degree in Organisation Psychology

(Post graduate degree in Organisational Psychology or

related field will be preferred)
- Up to five (5) years’ relevant experience
- Computer proficiency

Key Performance Areas
- Applies professional knowledge and guidance within the

field of Organisational Development and specifically

People and Talent Management.
- Research, develop, guide, advise and support

implementation of strategic workforce planning, succession

planning, talent forums and people analytics in support of

meeting talent management outcomes and objectives across

the City of Cape Town.
- Provides advice and guidance in respect of people

analytics in support of organisational development and

people management projects and practices.
- Support the design and provision of talent dashboards and

talent information analyses to inform the design of

interventions and processes as well as corporate reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at

corporate level and across departments in the City of

Cape Town.
