Administrator: Asset Tracking

**Purpose Statement**
**To be responsible** for implementing tracking units on Eazi vehicles, rental machines and other assets. Establish, monitor, report and action results generated from the tracking system reports. Ensure standards are set, measured and improved. Identify trends for the business to use strategically.
**To serve as a point of contact** for any branch that needs information and assistance regarding the tracking systems and information generated from the reports.

**Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position**

**Responsibilities**
Set up a system for tracking nonvehicle assets
- Get tracking system demos until a reliable supplier is identified
- Ensure reports generated from the tracking system is relevant and in line with business objectives
- Train branches on the system and reporting
- Ensure technical training is given to technicians on the system
Report on anomalies to branches
- Ensure that relevant data impacting the business is reported/highlighted to the relevant branches
- Ensure branches receive relevant data for different departments to action
- HD, WS, Debtors
- Set up tolerances to minimize business risk
Ensure action is taken and reported on by responsible branches
- Establish a process that will require branches to action and give feedback on issues identified by the tracking system
- Monitor and understand branch specific issues so that necessary training can be arranged
Identify and report on trends
- Using the data from the system, identify trends
- Report on trends and advise on possible strategic action
- Assist with action plans for branches to take in order to improve quality and service
General
- Ensure that the quality of service that Eazi Access provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are always treated with the utmost importance
- Promote Eazi Access and do everything possible to enhance its image
- Ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements
- Produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time
**Qualifications**
Minimum
Grade 12
**Experience**
- 4 Years’ Experience in a technical environment (Not essential)
- 4 Years’ Experience in a rental environment
- 4 years’ Experience in a customer service environment
**Knowledge**
- Rental industry
- Knowledge of work of height machinery and equipment
- Microsoft Office
