Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support to our organization.
- Provide administrative support, including answering inquiries, maintaining records and databases, preparing meeting materials, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with budgeting and financial tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as business administration or office administration) an asset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
