Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support to our organization.

  • Provide administrative support, including answering inquiries, maintaining records and databases, preparing meeting materials, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with budgeting and financial tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as business administration or office administration) an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
