Admin Administrator

A well known construction company is looking to hire a Admin Administrator to join their dynamic team.

**Duties**:

- Negotiating prices with suppliers
- Buying of construction material
- Screening telephone calls
- General admin duties
- Following up on deliveries and orders
- Ensure material reaches site when required

**Requirements**:

- Resides within or around the Stellenbosch area
- Matric
- Well spoken and fluent in English and Afrikaans
- 1-2 year construction/manufacturing experience

Previous procurement experience advantageous.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans (preferred)
- English (preferred)
