**Qualifications**: Basic Literacy

**Experience**: One (1) year relevant experience

**Requirements**:Proficiency in at least two (2) of the official languages of the Western Cape (Afrikaans/English/Xhosa

**Job Purpose**:Performs specific activities associated with the collection of refuse from residential and business premises and

loading / offloading refuse on / from a truck with activities associated with street sweeping by cleaning of streets / storm water

channels in accordance with laid down instructions supporting acceptable standards of service delivery

Health and Safety compliance with statutory regulations during tasks which include protocols and procedures in order to minimise
any accidents and injuries and to maintain a healthy and safe working environment Responsible to part take in the Municipality’s
Performance Management and Development System
