Setanta College is growing rapidly, and we are in a period of transition. In this role you will use all your valuable experience, be proactive and assist in the organisation’s academic & student operations.

This role focuses on administrative and commercial tasks, student services, customer support, regulatory support, event management, compliance, and student admissions. There is a strong emphasis on student retention activity, supporting students in succeeding on their programme, while ensuring that graduates and graduating students are aware of additional study options available to them. This requires diligence & proficiency with a variety of software packages including MS Office, high attention to detail, and equipped with strong organisational and communication skills.

**Duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to**:

- Student enrolment/retention
- Point of contact for students (i.e progressing studies, letter requests, general ad hoc queries)
- Yammer management (i.e. post graduate)
- Checking student Moodle log ins
- Admission support - Interviews/RPL Query
- Assist with and adhere to the GDPR process.

**Assist Senior Executive with**:

- Student Services Operations (i.e. - results, graduation, student correspondence, transcripts)
- Student Practical Assessments & Workshops

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Experience of working in a fast-growing business with transitional periods
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations
- Familiarity with business principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and customer service skills
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a field that demonstrates the above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: R17,500.00 - R20,000.00 per month
