**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field (beneficial).

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in creditors management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of supplier invoice processing and payment procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accurately capture supplier invoices and process payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records and reconcile accounts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed.
