Receptionist

Our client is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join their company.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Power Point, excel)
- Willingness to grow and learn
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and attitude
- Friendly and great people skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Proficient in English
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Own transport is an advantage
**Duties**:
- General Reception duties
- Answering calls
- Greeting visitors
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
- Receiving packages
- Sorting out mail & other documents
- Maintaining the printers i.e., check paper and toners
- Assist with office consumables
- Scanning and maintaining of documents
- Liaising with security - being first contact for visitors and deliveries.
- Ordering lunch and arranging payment for meetings as and when required.
- Office filing as and when required
- Assisting with ah-hoc work
- Creating Logbooks / Templates on file
- Contacting clients as and when required
