**Position: Waiter/Waitress** **Location: Sandton Johannesburg**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through a delightful dining experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.
- Assist guests in selecting wines and beverages that enhance their dining choices.
- Ensure all orders are accurately taken and communicated to the kitchen promptly.
- Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Anticipate guests' needs and fulfill special requests whenever possible.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver seamless service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in an upscale restaurant is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude, and an excellent command of English.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, wines, and beverages.
- Impeccable personal grooming, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
