**What we’re looking for**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an engagement lead focused on digital product development. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and innovation to kick-start their career in project management within the dynamic digital product building sector. As an engagement lead, you will work closely with founders, developers, quality assurance engineers and designers to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

**Responsibilities**

As an engagement lead, a learning attitude and adaptable approach is important (every project does things slightly differently, so fundamentally, Engagement Leads need to have a learning and adaptable approach on projects to work well in the team)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, quality assurance engineers, and founders, to gather project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes to facilitate effective communication and alignment among project stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation such as project scope, user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and test plans.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, assisting in cost tracking and reporting activities to ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
- Actively participate in project review meetings, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices in software development.
- Provide support to team members, including scheduling meetings, and organising project-related materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate resource allocation and ensure project teams have the necessary tools and support to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.

**Required **Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Project Management certifications would be an advantage.Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of digital product development.
- Familiarity with project management software tools and digital collaboration platforms (e.g: Jira and Slack) is desirable.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum frameworks, and lean product development principles is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for technology and digital innovation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while also being capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative and efficient solutions to technical challenges in digital product development.
