Our Talent Team is currently looking for a dynamic **Digital Growth Executive** to join our Marketing team in our Group Functions division.

The Digital Growth Executive will assume ultimate responsibility for driving and embedding the digital growth program in RCL FOODS. This would be done by creating a digital revolution within the growth function by accelerating our growth in e-commerce, step-changing our digital marketing approach, and championing a pilot approach to new media and digital platform opportunities.

This role will be based at the National Office in **Westville** and report to the Marketing Director.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Accelerate Growth in E-Commerce**
Implement, drive and develop a strategy to introduce focus and momentum to the e-commerce channel
Drive strategy to secure % growth in pet & groceries categories
Securing strategic partners to invest our resources and funds across pureplay and omnichannel

**Build Studio 2.0**
Step change capability in The Studio to deliver world-class multimedia assets for our brands inc in house video content
Support our digital innovation and experimentation agenda
Effective & efficient Community management across brands
Create and deliver best-in-class content with speed to support e-commerce strategy and growth

**Create Digital Revolution**
Continual development and upskilling of the Marketing team in the Digital space
Inspire the broader business to think differently and embrace digital through inspiration sessions and bring visibility to our digital marketing campaigns and strategies
Step change our digital marketing & communications by optimizing omnichannel briefs & budget allocations

**Drive Digital Innovation & build an RCL Community**
Build platforms that create brand loyalists and brand advocates
Build a network of partners to understand and pilot new technologies and platforms
Explore and experiment with gamification
Use social listening insights for Discovery innovation & filling the funnel

**Execute a 1st party data Strategy**
Use 1st party data strategy to build RCL communities and gather insights
Develop a strategy to start building 1st party data into Pet and other key categories from Owned
Build social listening and google analytics into new and existing marketing plans
Strategise and build a data and analytics strategy and roadmap

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualification**

Degree in Digital Marketing / Similar

**Skills and Experience**

10 years of experience in the digital marketing space with solid experience in stakeholder engagement at a senior level
Experience in FMCG would be an added advantage
