Strategic management of the company’s entire sales team, growth, and retention strategy management on new and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Development and implementation of growth strategy year-on-year (existing and new customers)
- Setting a Long-term sales strategy
- Communicating and driving sales strategy with the Sales Team
- Customer retention strategy and management
- Effectively building and communicating strategic value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Sales Team Management and tracking of team performance.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and adapt sales strategy and implementation accordingly.
- Growing sales Team and management of succession planning
- Matric
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- 15+ years in Proven Sales Track record
- 5+ years in senior managerial / Exco or director level
- Experience in managing the national sales team and national footprint
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Previous experience in the tyre automotive or logístical sector /industry is required.
- Understanding of financial budgets and PNL or income statement core requirements
- Strong client focus/service orientation
- Ability to coordinate/delegate.

**Salary**: R120,000.00 - R150,000.00 per month
