You will be responsible for the following:
Company fleet assist

Filing hard copies

Adhoc tasks

Receiving of equipment and marking as per job/quote

Follow up on orders from Clients

Statutory documentation

Scheduling of training for the service department

Data capturing

Company equipment

Filing of online documents

Vehicles - schedule - repairs, booking of servicing and new vehicles

Follow up on old quotes (First week of every month)

Acceptance of quotes and creating resulting job card

Calendar upkeep with staff on training

Fault log quotes - assist

**Requirements**:
Matric

Tertiary qualification will be adv

Experience from the air-conditioning will be highly adv

Computer Literate MS Office: Wod, Excel, Outlook

**Skills**:
Willing to work in a technical environment

Must be an excellent communicator

Attention to detail and able to work under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
