An exciting role for an **Associate Account Director **has arisen in the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small but dynamic ‘start up’ team that is looking to deliver best in class insights using proven data capture methods and analytical tools. This role is based in Johannesburg but would require some travel across South Africa to meet with clients face to face.

We are looking for a strong and seasoned insights professional to lead a team of Senior Research Executives in delighting our clients with insights that deliver growth to their business.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- **Leading a small team **of Senior Research Executives and coaching them to develop their analytical and client service skills
- Adding value to **client relationships **by ensuring the highest level of client servicing and building senior networks across our client base
- Producing and presenting **high quality insight **. Deliver challenging presentations to senior audiences using our world class-leading shopper dataset combined with market knowledge to drive true consumer insight
- Producing regular **thought leadership pieces **for current and prospective clients as well as for the industry as a whole
- Identifying further **potential revenue opportunities
**PROFILE**

To succeed in this role, you need to be an experienced market researcher who can lead a team by example in delivering insights to the highest level as well as building strong client relationships.
- A comprehensive understanding of, and experience (minimum 8 years) in the consumer insights/market research industry, either agency or client side.
- Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence.
- Line management experience and a desire to support individuals’ development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, as well as supporting others in doing so.
- Confident and experienced presenter who can present to large groups of people.
- Ability to create and deliver thought leadership material to demonstrate the value of Worldpanel insights to senior audiences.
- Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about the market, our business, and working as a team.
